At Tiny Luz, each piece is made especially for your little one once your order is placed. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

However, If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@solhavengroup.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly make it right.
